I am the current tenant of Flat 2, 28 Everett Road. I am looking to move out soon, and looking for someone to replace me. This flat is the perfect amount of space for a mature student or young professional.

It includes a living space/bedroom area, a bathroom fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet, and kitchen fitted with a new electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and kettle. All the furniture pictured in the photos apart from the desk, lamp, mirror, and clothes rail came with the house!! There is also a tv stand that I have kept separately as I did not need it.

The rent is 500 GBP a month, excluding bills. The landlord has been super nice about all fixes and repairs so far.
