Short term only as we are moving out… room with a lovely single bed, overlooking the park in spacious, modern cottage terraced house. Available now. Lovely clean and quiet location. The pictures make it look smaller than it is. So it’s a must see. This is a family of three’s house. Mum, and two school age little children. Sometimes you will have the whole house to yourself sometimes, as we like to travel to visit family.
Non smokers please.
Your room is furnished with a single bed, large shelving unit, clothes rail, and table. More pictures to come. It’s newly carpeted and has double glazing, so it’s warm and toasty. The sun rises into this room.
It’s a gorgeous house and we love having someone stay with us. You can equally be left alone to have your privacy, and your room is yours to retire to and just do your own thing.
So a flatmate is fine or aupair help. Hence price differences, which can be discussed.
Another option is - an au pair or occasional babysitter, instead to help with children. In which case it would be paid. Lots of ideas depending on the person applying. The children are at school but we often need help on the food side or keeping the house in order. So paid of course.
But happy to have a flat mate also who doesn’t have to do anything. Let’s chat if interested:)
It’s 10 seconds to the park and 3 minutes to the high street so a perfect location. Didsbury Tram station is a 3 to 5 minute walk.
Rent is between £500 and £600 per month and bills included. (A reduced rent if you are a baby sitter, or want to do some housekeeping, cooking etc. We would be clear in advance, to agree on the hours to pay for help)
Again- very happy with a straight forward flatmate agreement also.
Any questions, let me know.
It’s available now 😊
