Looking for someone to move in with me to my 2 bedroom flat where I am already living, as my current flatmate is moving out in July 2022. Preferably a student due to council tax reasons. I will be going into my fifth year, so preferably a a 3rd/4th/postgrad student.
Flat is a good size for two and is furnished. Both rooms are double and have black-out blinds as well as full length mirror wardrobes.. There is a small living/dining room and a good size bathroom.
The flat is also part of a block of flats, with a secure entrance.
Car park is free and secure with CCTV.
