Hello - I am Emily I am a single professional living in west Didsbury.

Firstly, the £650 may differ month by month dependent on electricity bills but should never be more than £700

I am currently in a rental which I plan on staying in for around 3 more months until it is sold. It is a 4th floor (top) appartment with a large living space, 2 bathrooms and 2 good sized bedrooms.

There is underground parking and the apartments are well secure - electric gates and shutter to the car park. It has space for bikes in the garage.

The room seen on the pictures is the room for rent, it has private access to an en suite bathroom however this is used too for baths etc by current tenant. Would be predominantly yours though.

I am looking for someone to move into this apartment with me and in the meantime we can look for another suitable property within the south Manchester area - didsbury /Chorlton, I work 12 hour shifts nights and days so at times do need a little bit of quiet but nothing major. When I’m off I’m a keen wine drinker and love socialising and trying out new restaurants.

I have a little Jack Russell who lives with me 50% of the time. When I’m working long days she goes to stay with my family.
