Two bedroom period home set in a quiet and friendly residential area. The home is furnished with basic amenities with a mature private garden. This room would suit a lodger who wants privacy and peace due to the home not being occupied so the lodger would effectively have the house alone. The landlord is registered at the home so would be checking the property intermittently but prior notice would be given. Therefore the perk of solitude is reflected in the price.
Lidl and Tesco are a 15 minute walk and bus links are close by.
The room for rent is a double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a vanity table. The shared livingroom comes with settee, tv and coffee table.
The room comes with general bills included such as council tax and water. Electric and gas is capped at £80 a month and if this is gone over the tenant is expected to pay the additional costings.

I am looking for a reliable professional tenant either as a single or couple. Background checks would be requested. Would prefer non smokers. Look for a tenant who wants to rent for a minimum of 6 months and thereafter a rolling contract.
