The flat is just 1 min from the bus stop with connections to Central London, only 0.6 mile to Forest Hill station (Overground / Southern) and a short stroll from surrounding green spaces, including Horniman Museum and Gardens, Dulwich Park, and my personal favourite, Sydenham Hill Woods; an ancient woodland just across the road . A large Sainsbury's is 10 minute walk away or a 3 minute drive/cycle. Dulwich Village and its amenities are also within 15 minutes.

The room is small with a double bed, chest of drawers, rail and shelving with spillover space in the hall cupboard just next to the room. Bills are £100pm
