House is 3 miles from Wigtown where local amenities can be obtained. Having a car os pretty essential as we’re not on a bus route. There are 2 living rooms which are shared with others. Separate dining room if wanted. Shared kitchen etc. Plenty of room generally. We are easy going people out working a lot of the time. We are out quite a lot in the evenings. House is reasonably tidy but not excessively. Council tax Band G.
