we have a room for rent for a lady in a nice cosy off the street 2 bedroom flat in the heart of the city centre .it will be available from 25th of September 2023
Now both university are easy walking distance approx ten minutes away at most. the flat is furnished with living room and double beds ,wardrobes, desks and chairs, Gas central heated radiators in each room which have thermostatic controlled radiators to keep you nice and cosy. Along with double glazing. Giving peace and quiet to concentrate on all the important things.

The flat is in the heart of the city across from the shopping centre and bus station giving you the advantage of being close to the shops and restaurants bars and swimming pool/gym, it has a secured entry system. The room is a good size, gas and electric are on pay as you use meters so no big bills for you.
