I’m a third year student at Dundee university studying electronic engineering and physics.

I’m looking for another student or young professional to share the flat with me.

You will be paying £250 a month plus bills (electricity + gas) which are around £80 a month.

I currently pay £400 a month in rent as the total rent is £650, so I felt it fair if the new flatmate pays the bills to make the total cost equal.

I expect my future flatmate to help keep the living area clean.

Flat viewing required so that I can meet any prospective flat mates in person first.
