I am looking to replace a lodger moving out with either a professional and/or student.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The flat is a 3 bedroom with a large living room and spacious kitchen/dining and bathroom that have both been recently refurbished. The tables (lounge and kitchen) are used for studying and you would be more than welcome to use these if required.

Videochat interviews/viewing are available for those unable to attend.

There is gas central heating controlled by HIVE and double glazing throughout the property. A washing machine is available for use.

Bills included - council tax, broadband, Netflix, TV Licence, Amazon Prime Video and Virgin Media. (Virgin with boxsets)
Bills not included: utilities (approximately £20/month)

The flat is situated on the top floor with views onto Baxter Park itself from the bedroom. The city centre is only a 20 minute walk away, containing retail shops, leisure facilities, museums and restaurants. There are also multiple shops within walking distance for groceries. Off street parking is available.

Couples are invited to apply - £600/ month + utilites.

Those interested in short-term lets are welcome.

I currently have a room at the property, however only stay there once a month. The other lodger is there permanently.

Rent is due on the first of each month.
