Furnished room in the city centre to rent from 1st of May 2020. All furniture seen in the video is included with the room. The flat is a 3-minute walk to Abertay and a 10-minute walk to Dundee Uni. Although it is in the city centre the room is very quiet because it is facing the parking lot, not the street. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a lamp and 2 chests of drawers. We are an Estonian couple who are studying Business management at Abertay and Computer Science at Dundee Uni. We like to watch movies in the lounge in the evenings and cook dinner. Our previous flatmate would consider us as friendly and fairly quiet but sociable. Around two times a month, we have friends over for dinner.
We are looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy. They should be willing to do their share of housework and help keep the communal areas clean.
Utility bills: gas and electric not included in the rental price.
Bills are shared between all 3 tenants and paid quarterly.
Looking for someone to move in from 1st August.
