Hello!

We’re looking to fill two bedrooms in our 5 bed flat as our current flatmates will be returning home from their semester abroad.

The flat is located in Dundee city centre and is a 10 min walk to the University of Dundee and just a minute away from Abertay University. There’s a communal kitchen/living room space with two bathrooms and two showers. The bigger room is £365 a month and the smaller is £325. Bills are not included (which usually are around £25). Both rooms are available from January 1st or potentially even earlier if needed.

A little bit about ourselves: we’re 3 female students (two at Dundee Uni and the other at Abertay) and we’re all internationals, coming from Germany, France and Sweden. We’re a friendly, easy-going bunch and enjoy gathering over the occasional cup of tea or for a movie night, so we’re preferably looking for someone who is open to sharing the university experience! We’re also respectful of each other’s space and do our best keep communal areas tidy. We’re open to both males and females.
