Looking for a flatmate, our postcode is DD2 1BE so is a 15 minute walk from Dundee University, with a bus at the top of our street that goes to the city centre and Ninewells Hospital. There are 5 female student flatmates who are all 20-22 and non smokers. The house was recently renovated, we have a large kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. The room is very spacious, fully furnished including double bed and has loads of natural light. We have on street parking right outside the house also. The rent is £380 pmc with bills not included.
