Large, spacious 6 bed house spread across 3 floors with a garden and patio, shared kitchen and shared bathrooms (one shower room, one WC, and one large bathroom with WC and bath). The house is located within a 2 minute walk to the main DJCAD buildings and a 5 minute walk to the Dundee Uni main campus. It is a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

You will have a double room which is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chair, and a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
The lease begins on 1st June 2020 (move in date may be negotiable). The rent is £355 per calendar month, not including bills, with a £355 deposit.

We're looking for a friendly, young, female student to move into the spare room in the house. You'll be sharing with 5 girls who are starting second year in September 2020 for a variety of different subjects. We will all be moving in together on the 1st June 2020.
