Hi I am Jebin and I am 26, doing masters at university of Dundee. I am looking for one more flat mate to join me and a new female Jan intake student at a comparatively economical 3 bedroom fully furnished flat in Dundee. It's in DD1 2JF only, near wellgate, walking distance to university of Dundee, abertay uni and easy access to city centre.
There is no HMO for the flat, so only 2 people can join the tenancy agreement.
If the flat mate is not a student and needs to pay council tax, that flat mates might have to pay the council tax by themselves(unless all the flatmates agree to make any other arrangements).
I prefer the flat mates to be friendly, tidy and cordial like me.
