There's a bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Both the bathroom upstairs and the toilet downstairs had recently undergone a full makeover.

All bills included, but in terms of gas and electricity, there's a cap of £400 per month for both fuels per household (if exceeded the tenants split the difference between themselves).

At times there is a mix of students and working professionals in the house - ask about the current situation if interested.
