Hi, my name is Matt and I have a spare double room that I am considering renting out.
I live next to Chester-Le-Street park with only a short walk to the high street and to local transport.
The room is currently unfurnished but I would be open to discussing helping one another with getting what you need in there.
The price would include some bills including council tax, water rates, internet and electric.
There is a fairly busy road that runs behind the house so there is some road noise.
The person would need to be clean, tidy, considerate and respectful.
