Hi, my name is Matt and I have a spare double room that I'm looking to rent out.

I live next to Chester-Le-Street park with only a short walk to the high street where you'll find local shops and transport links including a taxi rank, bus stops and a train station. Chester-Le-Street is between Durham and Newcastle and buses are frequent along this route. There is also parking outside the property.

The room is furnished as in the picture.

The price will include the following bills for an average user: water rates, gas and electricity, wifi (currently with Virgin Media) and council tax.

There is no TV Licence at the property and you would need to remain within the rules of this unless otherwise buying it.

My home is a quiet 3 bedroomed house in a nice street and you'd be sharing it with just me. You'd be welcome to use the pictured front garden to sit in too :).

There is a road that runs adjacent to the back of the property that gets busier at peak times. I'm personally used to it but I wanted to be honest in saying that there is some road noise.

The person would need to be clean, tidy, considerate, respectful and trustworthy.
