Hi, I have a student flat turner (ensuit) to sublet in Durham city centre for students attending a local university. The rent is 100 a week (negotiable), on an official contract, so let's have a private chat if you want to know more. The rental period is May-September, which is negotiable. If you book now, you can have my separate coat rack and shoe rack, rice cooker and some daily necessities, as well as pillows and quilts if you need them.

The location is in the centre of Durham, close to the new business school train station, with a bus stop on the doorstep, so it's easy to get anywhere! Downstairs is Tesco, sense walking 5 minutes big tesco.

The flat has 24 hour reception, so if you have any questions you can ask the front desk. The flat has various facilities such as cinema, gym, recreation room, study room, laundry, ping pong table and pool table.
