Looking for a friendly full time working female lodger for our lovely spacious colourful double room, downstairs at the front of the house in our cosy characterful Victorian three bed family house.

Hanwell Station and the Elizabeth line, 15 mins walk, Boston Manor 10 mins bus ride, E8 bus stops in both directions at the top of the road.

Lovely leafy green area with fields and a canal at the bottom of the road.

Shared use of the kitchen and our nice garden with a patio that seats six.
Shared use of downstairs bath/ shower room with loo behind the kitchen. We have another toilet upstairs. Gas fired central heating.

We are a friendly arty single parent family, my teenage daughter and me. I work in design and interiors. We love to cook good food and are relaxed and sociable. You must like dogs, we have two friendly ones. We try to be as eco as possible and I’m not keen on strong perfumes and chemicals in the house!

I prefer someone who goes out to work or uni, this is my workspace, no working from home, apart from the occasional day, I'm sorry.

I'll take a month's rent as a deposit and a reference from your employers / college.
