This room is perfect for a person working in central London or attending West London University, only a two minute walk away. The flat has two additional double bedrooms, both are currently awaiting tenants to move in. The flat has a reasonably sized bathroom with bath, kitchen and toilet which is shared by all the tenants. Furthermore, there is a back baloney perfect for a hot day. Rent is 450 pounds per month, bills are roughly around 100 pounds a month and bond is a months rent. I am shortly traveling for the next few months, eventenlly returning back to Australia after that and would love to part with my room as soon as possible.
