The bills are currently £135 per month and INCLUDED in the £825 PCM, there is also a communal fund of £50 pcm, on top of the monthly rent and bills, to pay for the cleaner and all items in the kitchen and bathroom except your food/drink, personal toiletries and laundry detergent. This also includes insurance to pay for any breakdowns and covers accidental breakages. The total payable is £875 per month but this includes items that you would normally have to buy yourself.
The property is a registered HMO (House in Multiple Occupation), the landlord is accredited under the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and the London Rental Standard (LRS).
