The advertised price of £1050 per room represents the amount per calendar month if you share the rent equally between the two of you. The rent includes council tax and water charges but does not include other bills such as electricity, gas and broadband. These will be the shared responsibility of the two tenants.
The contract will be a Joint Assured Shorthold Tenancy and a draft copy is available on request.

Deposit and references will be required. To pass referencing there is an affordability criteria applied by the referencing company so the combined income of the two occupants will need to be in excess of £70K per annum and each person will need to be able to prove their earnings. This is to ensure that the property is affordable for you and will not cause you financial hardship.
