I’m looking for a (female) replacement tenant for my lovely double room in our bright and spacious flat in Earls Court, West London (see upstairs bedroom in the pictures below). The room is available late august/early September but can be flexible on move-in date.

The flat is located 5 mins walk from Earls Court station and 20 mins to Holborn. We live right next to a row of shops and cafes in High Street Kensington and 10 mins walk to Holland park and Hyde park! There is also a huge Tesco right down the road (5 mins walk). And did I mention the flat has a garden?? Perfect for barbecues and inviting friends in summer!

The room is a furnished double with a wardrobe and two chest of drawers so plenty of storage space. The flat has a large kitchen and a separate living room. The rent is £930/month excluding bills (approximately £40-50/month). The contract is until January 2023 with possibility to extend.

You’d be sharing with two lovely professionals (22F and 23F) who like having fun and socialising as a flat but also respect that after a long day of work we sometimes need peace and quiet. We keep a clean and homely flat, and love having dinner together with a bottle of wine!
