My name is Shea, I am an 23 year old Artist and Charity shop manager looking for someone to share my cosy flat with.

The flat has lots of natural light, artwork and is a 5 minute bus journey from East Finchley train Station ( Northern Line).

It’s a lovely, peaceful and safe area. The flat is on the door step to lots of little family owned shops, restaurants and cafes.

Ideally I would prefer someone who has a more vegetarian based diet, creative, likes to cook, fairly tidy and interested in a more eco lifestyle.

It would be lovely to share cultures and learn about each other’s interests, but if you are someone that prefers to keep to themselves I am happy with that too.

I’m someone who loves to try non chain coffee shops, art exhibitions, bars, etc. But equally really appreciate downtime. It’s important for me to have a steady balance of both. I enjoy going out at night, but sometimes staying in and spending ages preparing a lovely meal and painting works for me too.

Move in would be early to mid April. I’d be happy to show you around if you’re interested in person or via video call.
