It is a 10-minute walk to East ham or either Upton Park station.2 minutes to the bus stop; all the amenities are close like banks, stores, and takeaways. This area is only 20 minutes tube journey to central London and canary wharf.
House share is with 3 others. We are all professionals, very friendly and respect each other’s privacy, so the place is quiet and ideal to have a good rest when coming home after a hard day’s work.
We are looking for a professional housemate or student to share the house. The ideal candidate must be professional, preferably a non-smoker, who appreciates tidiness, discipline and peaceful relationship among each other. The house is fully furnished, all the bills and wireless internet included. 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks in advance is required.
