Hi, i need a replacement tenant for this property ASAP.

The property has been very recently modernised. It is in a good, quiet location, a short walk from the town centre and close to the train and bus stations. Ormskirk police station is also on the same road as the house, making it a very safe area.

The house has a large garden with a washing line and is maintained by a gardener. There is space to park at the front or side of the building.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 of which have showers. Upstairs there are 2 bathrooms and a shower, with the room you’d be renting right next to the largest bathroom in the house - making it almost en-suite.

The room itself is somewhat modest but comes with a desk, chair, dresser, bin, bed, nightstand and a wardrobe. You will need your own bedding though. It is straight upstairs from the front door with a window overlooking the garden area.

Downstairs there is a fair sized living room with 2 couches, a brand new smart TV and a dining table in the corner. It runs onto the kitchen which has a washer and a dryer, a standard sized fridge with a similar sized freezer, an oven, microwave, a double sink and plenty of cupboards. The door to the garden is in the kitchen and the second bathroom is just beyond the kitchen.

This is a good house but i need someone to replace me as a tenant ASAP as i can’t return to the property for personal reasons.
