A double room is available in our house in Linlithgow. It's in the Springfield area to the east of the town, 15 minutes walk to the station and town centre.

We're a friendly, relaxed family of 3 (me + 2 kids, one at uni), often out and about, plus 2 dogs (love company, not allowed upstairs). We let two rooms, the other currently to a degree apprentice student. Pets welcome for small additional charge so long as they get along with our dogs.

The house has 5 bedrooms, large lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, 3 bathrooms/toilets, garden and plenty of parking. The room available is approx 10 sq m and furnished, including a kingsize bed.
