It's a student accommodation that belongs to Unite Student. And I think it's the cheapest room in Unite Student, because the price will be the same in my current contract with £151 per week, not the new one which is a lot more expensive. The reason I move out is because one of my family members died last month and I have to go back to my country. If you takes the room, I can give you a gift under £300 or in cash if you want. I am really desperate now.

You will have your own bathroom with shower and a sharing kitchen with four girls from different countries, and the WIFI and all the bills are included in your rent.

The accommodation is 5 minutes walk to the gym and 15 minutes walk to Prince Street. You can move in before 18th January and the contract ends on 6th July, but you can always renew it with Unite Student if you want to. You will have a direct and secured contract with Unite Student.
