It is a 3 bedroom house with a front and back garden with a sitting area, free parking on the street.

I am looking for one flatmate, preferably female, professional.
I own the flat it also means it will be just 2 people living, I'm not considering to rent out the 3rd bedroom for now.

Its a central heating and new insulation make it warm and cosy.
New bathroom with a bath tap.
Entrance to back garden can be also accessed from the kitchen.

Only electricity and gas isn't included as those can vary those days. Split share at the end of the month.

I am from Poland, lived in Edinburgh from 2012. I enjoy healthy cooking, cycling, movies, spending time by myself and sharing a dinner or glass of wine now and again. I do respect others' space.

I am looking for someone who can respect each other space and the flat as well.

The flat is a close distance to the airport. 15 with a taxi, 30 min bus 200.
Bus 27, 29 and 37 will take you in 15 min to the heart of Edinburgh, Princes St. This is the perfect base for someone looking to explore the city but who also wants a warm homely place to come back to at the end of the day.

I'm open to short let to begin with as well. Hoping to find someone like minded.
