Hi everyone,

I’m Katherine and my flatmate Aoife and I are looking for a new flatmate from late February onwards (double room, single occupancy only).

We’re looking for another professional who’s clean, respectful and sociable (and preferably female) between the ages of 25-35. If any postgrad students are interested, you’ll have to be willing to pay council tax.

We both work full time from 8am-6pm ish, Monday-Friday, and like coming home to a quiet and calm environment. We try to operate a cleaning rota so that we’re doing our fair share of chores, so anyone who’s interested in living here should be OK with cleaning. We occasionally watch TV together, have flatmate+neighbour dinners or go to the cinema together but generally we’re fairly independent and will catch up after work while making dinner.

The room itself is a double room with wardrobe, bookshelves, desk and mirror. The flat also has a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Bills are paid monthly and are around £100-110 each per month when split between 3. This includes council tax, gas and electricity and internet. Rent is £450 per month.
