Thanks for viewing my advert. I have a double room available in a very clean, new and quiet 3 bed semi detached house at Lang Loan - Liberton available from 14th March. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, wall unit fold desk and TV. There is also a table a chair for other uses. You would have access to most areas of the house and also have your own bathroom. The city is about 25 mins bus ride way, 15 mins by car and about 45 mins by bike. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the quality. It is imperative that you are clean and tidy! Please do not apply if you know you are not.
