The flat is located a stones throw away from Morrison's and walking distance to Arthur's seat! There are lots of bus routes that go past into town or down to Portobello to the beach! We have on street parking, which is free!

I will be leaving the property on the 6th April, so happy to have anyone in from then as long as it is before the 15th April.

As Nina is a student, she does not pay council tax. Any professional interested please understand you will need to cover the cost of council tax yourself with the single occupancy discount.
