Hi there,

My name is Clemence, I’m a young professional, originally from Corsica in France, who has been living in Edinburgh for just over two years. My flatmate recently moved out and I now have an en suite room available to rent.

The Room
King size bed with bedding, large built in wardrobe, en suite, pully clothes airer/maiden, bedside tables and lamps and study desk and chair. My landlord owns a mattress company so I can guarantee that the mattress will be better than any other listing on SpareRoom

Rest of the Flat
The flat is a newly renovated Victorian tenement and comes with fully equipped open plan living room kitchen, with induction hob, washer dryer, dish washer, wireless surround sound, record player and fibre broadband. There is a communal garden which catches the evening sun and is nice to sit out in with a glass of wine and a book when the weather heats up a little. On street parking is also available along the street.

Bills
Roughly £90pcm - including cleaner twice a month.

Area
Located just off Morrison Street, five minutes walk from Haymarket Station and Lothian Road, 10 minutes from Bruntsfield and Princes Street. When CV-19 restrictions aren’t in place there are plenty of good pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the union canal at the end of the road.

About Me

Since the third lock down started I have been WFH but hope, once the most recent restrictions have been eased, to be able to return to working from our companies offices as I was doing most days up to Christmas. I love to cook, paint, listen to music, read, play cards and chess, and go hiking. I have also recently taken up pottery.

Ideally I would be looking for someone who is similarly out going as I am and will hopefully become a friend as well as a flat mate.
