Hi there!
My flatmates are leaving by the end of May and I will have 2 double bedrooms available!

The flat is in the Dalry area, 5 min walking distance from Haymarket Station and very close to Lidl, Co-op and a bunch of small coffee shops and nice restaurants. Walking distance to a gym and a swimming centre too.

It’s a ground floor flat with 3 bedrooms in total and you’d be most likely sharing with my cat Maya too but that’s not for sure yet. The common areas are usually clean and tidy and quite spacious and I like to have nice social interaction with the flatmates so watching movies or series together or having dinners or board games would be a plus! It also has access to a back garden that is shared but only really used by a couple people and a small fenced area at the front that no one uses but us. Morning summer coffees under the sun outside? Check.

Now the boring part.

Rent is £317 per person (unless it goes up in June which I hope not) plus bills so all in all it normally reaches around £360

That is not counting council tax since I’m student so subject to change depending on who comes to the flat 😊
Deposit is £317 as well.
