Hello! I'm Jen, a friendly 37 year old primary school teacher.

In the first instance, I would prefer a shorter term let (3-6 month),however there is a possibility of extending the tenancy after this. I would also be happy to negotiate a rate for a tenancy less than 7 days a week too.

Great location-just 10 mins walk into the Pentlands and a short bus ride into Morningside and Bruntsfield. The number 16, 4 and 5 run regular buses just at the end of the road(every 10 mins). It takes about 20-25 mins to travel into the Edinburgh city centre. Very close to the bypass, Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons.

I would prefer to share with a single, professional female around my age but I am open to other options. I'm looking for someone tidy, clean and respectful. I'm sorry no parties or loud music please but it would be nice to share a glass of wine together 🥂. I do have insomnia so would be super grateful if noise and showering is done earlier in the evening 🙏

You will also be sharing the house with my two cats-Buttons and Twix-they are very chill and friendly but you'll need to be animal lover 😻
