I am renting a quiet double bedroom with a view to the garden in a one bedroom flat,. located in Trinity. #23 Bus stop is less that 40 meters from main door. Close to shops, pharmacy, supermarket and beautiful cycling path. 10 min walk to the Botanical Gardens. Street parking is free. Bus to old town is a 15 min ride.
I will be traveling abroad until the end of July/25 so the person who rents the room will be having the hole flat for her/him until then.
I recently did a renovation of the small kitchen, installed new eco boiler, and everything in the flat is in very good condition.
