Large double room (two single beds) at the top level of an Edinburgh townhouse a stone throws from David Hume Tower. There is no one else at this level and you will have an ensuite and a small kitchenette at your disposal with a fridge and microwave. All bills are included (with constant heating from 7.30 to 11.30)

The rooms are really handy for students at Edinburgh University (humanities). The King's Building campus is also directly accessibly by N° 9 bus).

Tenants have access to the kitchen whenever they wish (but are requested to eat in the kitchette attached to their room). There is a washing machine and drying machine available in the downstairs kitchen space.

The arrangement of beds can be altered and single beds can be easily pushed together to make a double bed. Tables to work on will be supplied with a lamp if required.
