Reason for subletting: I want to go to live with my relative.

Price: £211 per week, inclusive of water and electric charge and internet, under an official contract.

Room Type: Premium Ensuite, Block B, 4th floor, shared kitchen with 4 other girls, the kitchen has 2 refrigerators. The room has a private bathroom. A small double bed(120cm). The room has a south-facing window, not west-facing. It's not a river view room, but it stays cooler in summer compared to west-facing river view rooms, which can get very hot! The kitchen window faces west and offers a river view, as shown in the images. Both the room and kitchen are not street-facing, so there's no traffic noise below—it's very quiet.

Flatmates: All quiet, tidy females; no loud parties or bad habits.

Nearby Facilities: A five-minute walk to Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots, the post office, a large international Chinese supermarket, Co-op, and Poundland.

Distance to School: 15-minute walk to the GS campus and main library, 5 minutes to Meadows, and 10 minutes to the Art College.

Apartment Facilities: There’s a laundry room, and the reception is staffed daily.

The rent (start date of the tenancy to August 22 2024)needs to be paid at once, If you have a UK-based guarantor, you can choose to pay the rent monthly.
