The bedroom is spacious and bright. The bathroom is mainly for you. We have ensuite bathroom. The flat is close to the city center (10-15 min walking) and well connected with public transports. The neighbourhood is quiet during the night and the area is well served with restaurants, , grocery stores, nice pubs. etc. Leith Walk is a very welcome area, where you can meet a lot of local people and experience traditional atmosphere. We are a couple from Italy, living in this flat since 10 years. We are sociable, easy going, tidy and respectful. Council tax band F included in the price., bills and cleaning.
