I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmates are leaving. Couples and short term let's are also welcome.

The flat is fully furnished and spacious with high ceilings and is located in a nice area in Bruntsfield with good access to shops, cafes, and public transport links.

The total rent is £1100, so shared between two that is £550 per person. It falls under council tax band E, which is around £214 per month (£107 per person). Gas/electricity bills fluctuate but come to about £100-120 a month total.
