Subletting my room in my 2-bed flat in Newington:)
It's available from Jan 1st until Feb 10th, though only 1 month's rent would be required.

We have a spacious living room and decent sized kitchen with a cracking view onto Arthur's Seat. The bedroom has a handy walk-in cupboard too.
My flatmate is called Ro, currently studying their Masters at Edinburgh Uni in Musicology. They're super sound and chilled out, always up for a chat but also gives you a lot of space. I really appreciate them as a flatmate.

Flat is in a great location with plenty of nice coffee shops/bars/restaurants nearby, near loads of local transport links too.
