Double bedroom available in a two bedroom first floor flat. Flat is fully furnished with plenty of space in the living room and kitchen.

Bathroom is also spacious and I rarely use this one so would basically be your own bathroom.

Factor and WiFi are included. Bills (gas and electricity) would be split equally between us each month.

Residents non allocated parking outside the complex. Two buses with 20 and 30 minute frequency that both go to Kings Building and into town.

Secured entry.
