Looking for a flatmate for a room on Canongate, EH8, rent is £550ppm plus bills, starting asap. Looking for a student unless you're willing to pay the whole council tax on your own teehee xx (council tax band D)

The flat is next to the fudge house on the royal mile, 10 minutes from Edinburgh uni and close to bus links, shops (closest shop is Holyrood Rd tesco but within walking distance from several), pubs and clubs. Kitchen has gas hobs, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a large fridge and freezer.

Bit about me as a flatmate, I'm a 4th year undergrad at UoE studying music, grew up in Germany but fluent in English too. I love theatre, cooking, travelling, and won't say no to a drink either. I'm quite blatantly liberal and queer so we might not get on great if you voted ukip 💘
