Hello lovely people!

I am looking for somebody to move in to this gorgeous flat just off the Royal Mile!
It is ideally situated within a few minutes walk to Edinburgh's top attractions, restaurants, bars and travel links.
I am sociable and friendly and get on with everyone however I do like my own space/time and am respectful of others too.
I am quite newish to Edinburgh so would be nice to find somebody to also be friends with.
The flat has a modern kitchen and dining area. Spacious living room, box room and shower room.
