Looking for a STUDENT to take over my room from May (date can be negotiated) with an open-ended lease.
A lovely spacious room. Sharing a large kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 5 other student occupants. Located in the quiet area of Bruntsfield so particularly good for Edinburgh/Napier students. 2 min walk from Bruntsfield links and The Meadows.
2 min walk from bus routes 10 and 27.
We all study at the University of Edinburgh, however would welcome students from Napier and Heriot Watt.
We are a friendly bunch who enjoy the occasional night out. But most of the time we are doing our own thing.
Bills are usually paid every 3 months and are around £60 for the 3 months.
