Flatmate wanted!

I am looking for a flatmate to the cosy room in Stockbridge in two bedroom flat on Saunders Street. Preferably for a graduate student or young professional, someone who would like to hang out in our spacious living room but will also respect privacy when needed. Someone clean but not obsessed with cleaning 😉 I am staying in the other bedroom and I am working full time. Room is available from the beginning of April. Letting is through agency and it's rather for a long term, so +6months. Rent £450 + bills (£77 council tax, £15 internet, variable gas and electricity but average £30).
