Large double room in a spacious, and super convenient flat, for Monday to Friday (lower rent available if you just need 2-3 nights a week).
I am starting a new job with a lot of (mid week) travel, and looking to rent out my room whilst I am away . It is in a very spacious 3 bed flat. A fantastic location for walking into central Edinburgh, Inverleith park and the Stockbridge shops and eateries. Waitrose is the corner shop!
You can leave a suitcase at the weekends, and a wash bag etc. There is also kitchen space where you can leave things from week to week.
During the week, my flatmate (an academic) and a friendly cat, will keep you company.
It is a very quiet flat, homely and well equipped. There is a garden and space for a bike (I am getting a bike shed shortly).
