It’s a 3 bedroom flat without living room , full equipped kitchen, big bathroom and a small box room. The room is big and bright, the sofa that is in the photo is from the last tenant, he is selling in it, in case you want it, it’s 250£, if you don’t want it , it will stay in the room for a few days until he sells it if that’s okey for you.
Bills are not included, we pay council tax and internet every month. Council is 135 and internet 26 between the 3 of us. The gas is the typical card that we pop up in the store and electricity comes randomly every 2-3 months.
We are very independent but we respect each other, you don’t need to be ultra quiet is okey if you listen to music or watch a film or have people over for dinner or whatever but this is not a party flat, we don’t want problems with the neighbors or the landlord.
