Hi! My partner Emma and I are a young professional couple looking to let out our spare bedroom on a short-term basis only. Minimum stay one week, maximum stay six weeks. Rent inclusive of all bills would be £180 per week, with an additional fee of £100 per week for a couple. We don't have any pets but both love animals and would be open to allowing pets to stay, subject to an additional. Happy to discuss!

We have both lived in the area for several years and can offer plenty tips and recommendations for places to go and things to do. We're both social and enjoy meeting new people and sharing stories, though sometimes after a long day at work we just like to keep to ourselves. If we’re around we’re happy to chat and be social if you like or else we can just leave you to it, whatever you prefer! We tend to be busy or out at weekends so on many occasions you may be on your own in the flat.

The flat is on the third floor of a tenement building accessed by stairs only, no elevator. Your room will not be street-facing and so it's usually very peaceful. We have one shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Happy for you to use all of our pots/pans/cutlery/plates etc.
