Double room available in the central and lively area of Newington.
You'll be taking over my room, I'm leaving so that I can live closer to work. I'm sad to leave my lovely flatmates, they're sociable, love to cook together and share meals. One is a student in their final year and the other a working professional.
The flat offers a large living room, cosy kitchen area and airy bathroom. The double bedroom has a large desk, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and shelf space. The move in date is the 9th March but I will accept any other date for up to two weeks after.
The rent is a really good price for such a central area.
Bills not included in the rent. We currently pay £8 per person for wifi, ~£30 for energy per person, £80 for council tax, all per month.
The deposit is £408
